Connections are instant with Access Mobile

No matter where you are, you still want easy access to your health information and tools to make the best decisions you can.

Try a virtual doctor appointment

The telemedicine service puts you in touch with a doctor no matter where you are. Just provide your health history information. Then, when you need care, request a consultation. It’s a convenient way to get care when you’re away or not feeling well enough to leave your home — for example, if you have a fever, upset stomach, or headache — or a sick child. A board-certified licensed doctor will review your case and talk with you by phone.

Your Access Health Concierge can:

• Explain how benefits work and how to get the most out of your plan.
• Help you find network doctors.
• Compare costs for procedures, medications, and other health services.
• Assist with claim payment issues.
• Guide you to resources that can help improve your health.

Talk with a registered nurse, anytime — day or night

Don’t understand your doctor’s instructions? Not sure whether to go to the emergency room or an urgent care center? Want to know more about a specific condition or disease? Contact us anytime.

Get VIP treatment every time you call

Your Health Concierge is your single point of contact across all Access programs. They will help you put all the pieces together — benefits, services, programs, and tools. Your call is always confidential.

Get extra help for chronic conditions

If your claim information shows more serious health risks, an Access nurse may call to invite you to participate at a deeper level in a chronic illness management program. All you have to do is answer the phone.
You’ll get one-on-one confidential support from a registered nurse who is specially trained for your condition. They support conditions such as diabetes, osteoporosis, heart disease, and more.
